ARTS-Us brings African Diaspora arts programming to young people in St. Paul through classrooms, community workshops, and high-quality afterschool programming. The Development Coordinator position will help build the financial capacity and future of arts programming at ARTS-Us.
Volunteer and Marketing Coordinator
The Volunteer and Marketing Coordinator will strengthen the ARTS-Us volunteer program and creating new marketing strategies.
WFNU Frogtown Radio
Youth Programming Coordinator
WFNU aims at amplifying voices that are underrepresented in mainstream media and providing a public access style of radio. The Youth Programming Coordinator will continue to expand the capacity WFNU's youth program.
Center for Hmong Arts and Talent (CHAT)
Youth Program Coordinator
CHAT's mission is to illuminate the Hmong American experience, nurture young talents and offer a platform to exercise the tools they have learned. The Youth Program Coordinator will help develop the Youth Leadership Group, building capacity for growth.
Civic Engagement Coordinator
CLUES provides services and support to the Twin Cities Latinx community and the Youth in Action (YA!) program provides youth leadership and civic engagement opportunities. The Civic Engagement Coordinator will evaluate the curriculum, make necessary changes, and continue to build a network for further youth opportunity.
Dispute Resolution Center
Youth Program Liaison
The Dispute Resolution Center began in 1982 and provides people and communities the skills to work through conflict. The Youth Program Liaison will be focused on providing youth in St. Paul with an opportunity to connect around the development and practice of conflict resolution skills.
As School Liaison with the Dispute Resolution Center, you'll work with staff, schools, and volunteers to develop relationships, as well as systems and materials to more clearly communicate and deliver services.
Minnesota Urban Debate League
Marketing and Development Coordinator
The Minnesota Urban Debate League gives a platform for St. Paul students to practice research and debate skills, sharpening their academic success and educational opportunities. The Marketing and Development Coordinator will amplify student voices through creative storytelling and help build financial capacity.
West Side Summit Charter School
Community and Volunteer Coordinator
West Side Summit provides high-quality education to students on St. Paul's Westside neighborhood (which is actually south of downtown!). The Community and Volunteer Coordinator will continue to build a community and business network to support students and programs.
Twin Cities Housing Development Corporation (TCHDC)
After-School Program Developer
TCHDC is a multi-family affordable housing non-profit, aimed at not only providing housing, but programming to help residents succeed academically, economically, and socially.
Entrepreneurship and Development Member
Elpis Enterprises provides both a paid work experience and employment readiness training specifically designed to meet the unique needs of young people between 16 and 23 years of age who are homeless or at risk of being homeless. The Entrepreneurship and Development Member will support the Business Advisory Council and continue to build strong networks for employment-readiness resources.
Education and Housing Member
Ujamaa Place focuses on providing employment, housing, education, and healthcare support for young Black men experiencing marginalization. The Education and Housing Member will provide GED attainment curriculum and a volunteer teaching curriculum and system.
Cycles for Change (C4C)
Volunteer and Community Engagement Specialist
Cycles for Change addresses transportation equity and youth employment through a paid Youth Apprenticeship program, Learn to Ride classes, and Community Open Shop programming, allowing anyone to learn how to work on their bikes and access affordable parts. The Volunteer and Community Engagement Specialist will create systems and support C4C's volunteer program as well as events.
Volunteer and Communications Coordinator
Urban Boatbuilders empowers youth to build the skills they need to succeed in school, work, and life through the building and use of wooden boats. Urban Boatbuilders The Volunteer and Communications Coordinator will build organizational capacity through volunteer management, and planning and executing marketing strategies
Development and Outreach Member
The Development and Outreach Member will support grant writing, organize fundraising events, and increase outreach impact.
Science Museum of Minnesota,
Kitty Anderson Youth Science Center (KAYSC)
Youth Alumni Member
KAYSC empowers youth through science and social justice. The Youth Alumni member will connect Alumni of the program from 1999 to present to evaluate the program, provide real stories for impact, and assess the impact of the program.
St. Paul Public Library Createch Lab (SPPL)
Youth Leadership Coordinator
SPPL's Createch Lab provides a creative space for young people to collaborate, explore, and take leadership roles within the library and their communities. The Youth Leadership Coordinator will provide curriculum, continue to support the existing Youth Leadership Council, and grow membership.
Minnesota Children's Museum
Youth Services Coordinator
The Minnesota Children's Museum sparks children’s learning through play, volunteerism, and a newly expanded space in downtown St. Paul. The Youth Services Coordinator will build organizational capacity to engage more St Paul youth in Play Team, meeting the needs of the bigger, better, and bolder.
The Sanneh Foundation
Research, Evaluation, and Data Member
The Sanneh Foundation works to empower youth by providing leadership skill development through active programming including a soccer camp over the summer. The Research, Evaluation, and Data member will support ongoing research and evaluation for programming.
The Development Coordinator position works in increase donor and stakeholder participation in The Sanneh Foundation through grants, events, and expanding the volunteer program.
